Activision has officially confirmed Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, the latest installment in the iconic first-person shooter franchise. Set for release in late 2025, the game will feature an all-new co-op campaign mode and mark the long-awaited return of David Mason, a fan-favorite character from the Black Ops saga.

Developed by Treyarch, Black Ops 7 is set to continue the legacy of high-octane, cinematic storytelling with modern gameplay innovations and enhanced multiplayer experiences.

Co-Op Campaign Introduced for the First Time in Black Ops Series

For the first time in Black Ops history, the campaign will be fully playable in co-op mode, allowing up to two players to tackle missions together. The story is said to explore darker, psychological themes while bringing back classic Black Ops espionage and moral ambiguity.
